”SHOP YOUR CAUSE” at the Lake Forest Shop

The Lake Forest Shop and the Lake Forest High School Foundation invite you to join us for the opening night of “SHOP YOUR CAUSE”

Wednesday, October 1
5:30pm - 7:30 pm.

Bring a friend and experience an exciting night of fun and fashion with special trunk shows, gift drawings, refreshments, goodie bags and our wild and wacky “What to Wear, What not to Wear” fashion show.

Shop anytime between October 1 - 10 and The Lake Forest Shop will donate 10% of your purchase to the LFHS Foundation. Proceeds from this event will be used to fund grants that enrich the learning opportunities for LFHS students, staff and community.

IF you can’t join us on October 1, please come on Wednesday, October 8 …a special shopping day dedicated to the LFHS Foundation.

Northern Trust Sponsors Donor "Thank You Ad" for LFHS Foundation

Northern Trust Bank of Lake Forest sponsored a full-page ad presenting our generous donors who supported our mission this past fiscal year ending June 30, 2008. The ad appeared on page 154 in the August 7, 2008 edition of the Lake Forester. Previously, Northern Trust sponsored a full-page ad for the Foundation in the February 21, 2008 edition of the Lake Forester. We sincerely appreciate Northern Trust’s level of commitment to the LFHS Foundation and support of our mission.

LFHS Foundation Establishes Higher Donation Category

The Foundation was the grateful recipient of an anonymous $25,000 donation this past fiscal year. This donation was originally listed under the Summa Cum Laude category ($10,000 and above) and will now be more appropriately listed under the Egregia Cum Laude category, reflecting donations of $20,000 and above.
